FAQ's

 

1) When will my magazines arrive?

a. Your extended service picks up when your original service ends, so you experience no break in service and no missed issues. For “new” titles, standard processing time is 8 to 12 weeks from the date of your order because it takes time to sort, print, verify, and deliver your subscriptions. Weekly publications typically take 45 to 60 days for your first issue, bi-weekly and monthly magazines take 60 to 90 days, and quarterly publications take about 120 days. Also, please keep in mind that if your order was received between issue dates, you may need to wait until the next issue is published to begin receiving your subscription. In all cases, we will work as hard as possible to ensure that you receive your magazines as soon as possible.

 

2) I just moved; how do I change my address for my subscriptions?

a. Very easily – simply notify us of your change of address by phone, mail, or our web site and we will notify each publisher.

 

3) Suppose I missed an issue or if one is damaged?

a. For missing or damaged magazines, simply notify us and we will correct the problem and extend your service accordingly.

 

4) Suppose I change my mind about my magazine titles?

a. You can easily change your magazines as often as you like, at no cost or penalties.

 

5) How do I change my magazines?

a. Very easily – you can change your selections through our web site, by phone, or by mail.

 

6) Do you increase my prices when I change magazines?

a. No. Your price is guaranteed not to increase throughout your service, no matter how often you make changes or swap titles.

 

7) Can I get another magazine if my original title stops publication?

a. Absolutely. In this scenario, you can easily substitute a magazine of your choice from our current list.

 

8) Do you accept check payments?

a. Yes. For your convenience you now have access to one of three automatic payment methods: credit card, debit card, and checking account (payment occurring on the day you specify).

 

9) Can I send my friend or relative a subscription as a gift?

a. Yes. Simply send us the name, address, and title you would like to gift and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

10) How can I ask additional questions?

Since our customer accounts contain confidential information, we ask that all inquiries be made by the actual account holder.
